- Collective Agreement Between Saint Paul University and the
Professors’ Association of Saint Paul University (1 May 2009 - 30 April 2012)
It is the purpose of this Collective Agreement to set forth the terms and conditions of employment
and other specific contractual provisions, to promote and maintain harmonious relationships between
the Parties, to facilitate the Parties in working together to encourage the development of research and
teaching necessary for the provision of high quality education to students, and to provide a means
for settling such disputes as may arise from time to time.
